1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ascent Training website (https://www.ascenttraining.in) and your enrolment in our courses. By using this site, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Who we are

Ascent Training, operated under the An Ascent Tech Solutions Initiative, is an independent SAP training provider based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can contact us at info@ascenttraining.in or +91 70130 66861.

3. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for adults (18 years and older) who can enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to enrol.

4. Courses & enrolment

We currently offer live, instructor-led SAP FICO and SAP MM training, delivered online. Course content, schedule, batch timings and delivery are as described on the relevant course page or as communicated to you at enrolment. We may make reasonable changes to schedule, trainers or delivery method where necessary; we will tell you in advance where practical. Your enrolment is confirmed once we accept your registration and you have paid the applicable fee (or first instalment).

5. Fees & instalments

The fee for each course is INR 25,000, which may be paid in two instalments of INR 12,500 and INR 12,500. The first instalment is due to confirm your seat before the batch begins. The second instalment is due before the course reaches its midpoint, or as otherwise communicated to you at enrolment.

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If an instalment is not paid by its due date, we may suspend access to classes and materials until payment is received. There are no hidden or compulsory certificate charges.

6. Refunds & cancellations

We want you to enrol with confidence. Our standard policy is:

• Before your first live class: you may cancel and request a refund of amounts paid, less a reasonable non-refundable registration/administration component (if any), and less any applicable payment-processing charges.
• After live classes have begun: fees are generally non-refundable, because your seat has been reserved and course access, materials and instruction have been provided.
• If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund of fees paid for that course.

To request a cancellation or refund, email info@ascenttraining.in. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

7. Certificates

On successful completion of a course — including meeting the published completion requirements such as minimum attendance, assigned exercises, assessments, the final practical activity and full fee payment — you receive a course-completion certificate from Ascent Training. This certificate is issued by us and is not an official SAP certification. Ascent Training is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by SAP SE.

8. Placement assistance

Ascent Training provides placement assistance only. We do not guarantee employment or placement. Job outcomes depend on each student’s effort, skills, interview performance and current job-market conditions.

Our placement assistance includes resume preparation, interview preparation, mock interview support, CV circulation through relevant groups and available channels, and job-opportunity sharing. It does not include, and must not be understood as, a promise or guarantee of a job, interview, or any specific outcome.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to attend classes, complete the practical work, and use the course and materials for your own learning. You agree not to disrupt classes, harass trainers or other learners, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property & trademarks

All course materials, recordings, exercises and content are the property of Ascent Training or its licensors and are provided for your personal learning only. You may not copy, record (unless we expressly permit it), redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without our written permission. “SAP” and SAP product names are trademarks of SAP SE, used here for descriptive purposes only.

11. Third-party platforms

Classes and communication may use third-party platforms (for example, video-conferencing or WhatsApp). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

12. Disclaimers

We provide our courses with reasonable care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by law, the website and courses are provided “as is”, and we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will lead to any particular career, certification or employment result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascent Training is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of employment, income or opportunity, arising from the courses or website. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant course.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of the website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
